Terms and conditions

Welcome to visit Nha Trang Private Car website for booking, the term & conditions below form the basis of the contract between Clients and our Company.

The agreement booking form contract terms & conditions do not include any other oral or written promises. By accepting, you are at least 18 years old, that can be fully legal authority to enter into this agreement for yourself.

Any change or amendment to the agreement is a responsibility you have to check, and that has an effect when agreed by both parties.

I. PRICE
1. Price lists option is valid until 31 Dec 2021.
2. Surcharge for public holiday will be applied.
3. Tour guides’ rental surcharge is a 100% fee for the Vietnamese public holidays.
4. Service time: 06:00 am – 22:00 pm, surcharge 5-10 USD after 22:00 – 05:00.
5. Cost for a private car transfer is per car. The tour price is per person.

II. PAYMENT
Nha Trang Private Car accepts payment via Cash, Credit Card, Payoneer, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

1. Process of payment:
a. Accepting Nha Trang Private Car Travel & Transport offer.
b. Receiving Service Voucher with online link payment.
c. Settle payment as confirmation.
d. Getting a bank copy email receipt.
e. Successful payment.

-Submit our form on the platform
-Settle payment as our price with your option
-Receiving a copy email from the bank as a successful payment
-Receiving the Service Voucher as booking confirmation.

2. Payment option:
a. Deposit:
-Your payment requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost. When we get your deposit payment, we will issue you the confirmation service voucher, and our team will collect the rest in cash after the end trip (driver/guide/sales/accountant).

-For shore excursion booking, full payment in advance will be required.

-For Travel Agents, we require full payment in advance before 3 days before departure.

b. Pay to our company by Credit Card/PayPal/Online or Cash.
-Credit Card: Once you accept our offer, our team will send you our Service Voucher with an online link for payment through email then you can pay us with your credit card easily. Please note that a bank fee (4-5%) will be applied. So we suggest you pay all at one time to save your bank fee. Successful payment, you also get a copy email from our bank as confirmation of payment.
-PayPal: Our team will advise you of our details account on PayPal, or we will send you a payment link then you can settle with us. An online fee of 6-7% is also applied.

-Collect cash: Our tour guide/driver will collect the balance based on the Service Voucher in cash after the end of each trip or end trip. Currency exchange: 1 USD is 23,000 VND.

III. INFORMATION REQUIRE
1. For private booking:
Please send us:
Full name with details on your platform on our website.
Hotel details with address, room number, time for pick up, and address for drop off.
Inform us to use only 1 vehicle for a long trip; if not, we will change our car each day depending on our company’s transport schedule.
The baby car seat is available. Please advise us of any notes or requests on our form.
Please advise us of your special note for your meal if you have one.

2. For private group tour booking:
Please:
Provide us with your group details on our form before the tour starts.
Inform us if you have details for the flight/train departure trip to avoid missing your next trip.
Please advise us of your special note for your meal if you have one.

IV. PENALTY
If our team does not pick up on time, without any announcement from the office or the Tour Operator team:
Late than 15’: we offer you a cup of Vietnamese coffee while waiting.
Late than 30’: we offer a bottle of beer/ a drink while waiting.
Late than 1 hour: we offer you an invitation to dinner at the local restaurant upon your arrival destination.
Miss-pick up or no show: please call/email us to know, then get a taxi on your own, we will refund the cost or offer free for the next service.

NOTE: In case your flight has arrived but there is no driver waiting for you, please call us at hotline +84 908 011 788 or +84 963 404 488 (available on WhatsApp, Viber, Line, WeChat….) Nha Trang Private Car is not responsible for any cost if you decide to arrange it by yourself without informing us about our late arrival. (This penalty will not be applied in case of bad weather such as floods, typhoons, city events, local festivals…)

V. CHILDREN’S POLICY APPLIES TO TOUR
Under 6 years old: free of charge (if you have 2 children under 6 years old, we offer one free of charge and one surcharge of 50% price of the adult price).
From 6 to 11 years old: surcharge 75% price of the adult price.
From 12 years old up: surcharge 100% as an adult.

This policy does not apply to Bana Hill Tour, Cham Island Snorkeling or Scuba Diving, and some other tours.

VI. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
Cancellation made two days prior to departure is free of charge.
Cancellation made one day prior to departure is a 50% charge of the total booking (Within 24 hours).
Cancellation made 12 hours prior to departure is a 70% charge of the total booking
Cancellation made within 12 hours or no show is a 100% charge of the total booking

VII. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY
We may cancel the trip at any time prior to departure due to political conditions, natural disasters, wars, or other external events. It is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In that case, we will inform the customers, and you will get a refund if a deposit has been made.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including vaccinations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.

Cancellation due to the typhoon, earthquake, strong waves from the sea (for Cruise Trips), and other reasons not from us. We are so sorry to inform you that we can’t refund your deposit for the reasons below:

1. We have paid the port 25usd per person for the security department to get paper permission to pick up inside the port

2. We also have to pay for our car to drive to the Port. Now, no show, then our car has to drive back to the office in the city center. (70km x 2 ways = 140km).

VIII. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is a vital part of your trip, so Nha Trang Private Car offers guest transport insurance, but we do not take out other insurance, so we highly recommend that you take out adequate insurance for the duration journey.
